Ottawa’s most trusted name in people-first communities

For over 15 years, eQ Homes, proudly backed by Regional Group’s more than 65 years of building and developing communities across the National Capital Region, has been shaping neighbourhoods that enrich the lives of those who call them home. Not just building homes, but contributing to the communities that make Ottawa one of Canada’s most livable cities.

Riverhaus is the continuation of that commitment: a building created with the same care, integrity, and attention to long-term quality that has defined every eQ community before it. Greystone Village is one of the final and most transformative communities developed by Regional Group, and Riverhaus represents one of the final residential opportunities within it.
